The Office of Acquisition and Grants Management (OAGM), in collaboration with the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and the Professional Services Council (PSC) is holding a two hour discussion that will explain the importance of language and how different language influences a company’s decision on bidding, pricing, teaming, and solution development. The session will also discuss the challenges and consequences of certain types of language and how they play a role in cost and quality of solutions from contractors. The discussion will also include perspectives on multi-step evaluations, small business policies, conflicts of interest, and more.
